Meet Amy and Chris O’Malley 

When you join our school, you’re joining a family that truly gets it. Creative World School North Naples is owned by Amy and Chris O’Malley. Originally from Massachusetts, they moved to Estero and have fallen in love with serving the families here. They’re parents to three wonderful kids and they’ve been in your shoes. Their own daughters graduated from Preschool at the Lamb and their son attended Creative World at Estero, so they’ve seen firsthand how much our programs help kids grow. 

The O’Malleys bring a great balance to the school. Amy has spent her career working with young children and even taught at Preschool at the Lamb, so she knows exactly what a high-quality classroom should look like. She’s involved in the daily operations to keep our standards high. Chris brings his experience from the corporate world to handle the business side of things. They decided to become school owners while they were welcoming their youngest child into the world because they wanted to create an environment that nurtures curiosity. As Amy says, they love being part of an organization that always puts the well-being of children first. 

The two believe that a great education includes learning how to be a good neighbor. That’s why our schools are so active in the community through our CW Cares program. We don’t just talk about being helpful; we show the kids how it’s done with events they actually enjoy. We host things like our Trike-a-Thon and Pink Out Day to raise awareness for important causes. Whether we’re organizing a food drive or setting up a lemonade stand for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, our students learn that they have the power to make a difference while having a total blast.
