This Christian Preschool Near The Brooks Has Fall Spots Open Now

If you’re raising little ones in The Brooks, you already know the rhythm of life in this part of Bonita Springs. Our 2,492-acre community wraps golf, lakes, and preserve land around neighborhoods like Shadow Wood, Spring Run, and Copperleaf, and daily life here runs on family time. Morning walks, easy afternoons by the water, and weekends that move at a child’s pace.

When it comes to preschool, a lot of families near The Brooks want the same things they love about the neighborhood. Something close-knit, calm, and built around people who really know your child. That’s the kind of preschool we are, a short drive north, where faith, small classes, and hands-on learning shape every single day. You get the warmth of a small school without giving up real structure or accreditation.

At Preschool at the Lamb, we welcome twos through Pre-K from across Estero, San Carlos, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers, and plenty of our families make the easy drive up from Bonita Springs to be part of it. If you’re starting your preschool search, this is what life looks like inside our classrooms.

Small Classes With Time for Every Child

The first thing parents notice walking in is how few children are in each room. With the groups kept small, a teacher learns your child’s name, their quirks, and what makes them giggle inside the first week, not the first month. That kind of attention gets hard to find once a classroom fills up.

It matters most for the youngest ones, the children who need a familiar face at drop-off and a teacher who remembers they like the blue cup. In a smaller room, the child who hangs back is gently drawn in, and the one bursting with energy gets steady attention before a rough morning turns into a rough day.

That closeness is the thing families talk about most, and it’s usually how a neighbor near The Brooks ends up pointing you our way. A lot of our newest students started with one Bonita Springs family making the drive, liking what they found, and telling the next one.

Weekly Chapel and Everyday Kindness

Faith sits at the center of how we do things. Every week, the children gather for chapel with our Pastor and Children’s Ministry Director, where they hear Bible stories told at a preschooler’s pace and talk about kindness in words they can hold onto.

It carries through the whole day, well past the chapel hour. You’ll hear it in how the children treat each other, in the way they learn to share and pull up a chair for a new friend at the table. Many of our families come back year after year, and a lot of younger siblings grow up waiting for their turn to join.

Every Week Brings a New Hands-On Theme

Ask one of our children about their week and you’ll probably get a story about frozen dinosaurs. The whole room organizes around a theme, and it gets gloriously hands-on. During our Prehistoric Pals stretch, children chip dinosaurs out of blocks of ice, squish up batches of dino slime, and dig through muddy sensory bins to hunt for bones.

A lot of that exploring happens in our Exploratorium room, where the dinosaur theme turns into something children can touch, build, and test. They sort their finds, build habitats for the dinosaurs out of blocks and loose parts, and stomp around acting out how the giant ones lumbered along. There’s a surprising amount of early science folded into a single morning of dinosaurs.

Under all the play is real structure. We use the accredited Creative World School inquiry curriculum and iSTEAM activities, and we hold Cognia accreditation, so all that hands-on dino fun is building early math, language, and science skills at the same time.

Part-Time and Full-Time Options That Fit Your Week

Between work, sports, and the occasional beach morning, no two weeks near The Brooks look quite the same, so we keep the schedule flexible. We offer part-time and full-time options for twos through Pre-K, plus free VPK for eligible four-year-olds. Our doors are open 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, which leaves room for an early meeting or a slower start at home.

Part-time fits families who want a few structured mornings a week without a full schedule. If you’re weighing how a couple of days might work for your week, our look at the benefits of part-time preschool walks through what that can look like.

Enrollment for the fall is open now, and spots in our smaller classes fill up as word gets around. However your week is shaped, the goal stays the same. A warm, faith-filled place a short drive from home, and a drop-off you can feel good about.
