Homemade Cheese Crackers
Who doesn’t love cheese crackers? Chef In Training has created this delicious recipe which uses real cheddar cheese! This snack is a great motor skills activity for kids so make sure you have ample help rolling out the dough. It also makes a great grab-n-go snack for a summer outing!
Ingredients:
- 6 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 T milk

Strawberry Yogurt Bark
With just two ingredients, how could you go wrong? Hello Wonderful makes hers with dried strawberries, but you could even add nuts or bits of chocolate to your bark for tasty texture.

Simple Smoothies
These easy smoothie recipes from Playtivities require less than 5 ingredients and most of them you probably have on hand already. You can even add more ingredients for added nutrition, like carrots or fresh ginger. Such a fun, refreshing treat! (Fruit works best frozen. If you buy fresh, cut into 1″ cubes then put in freezer in freezer safe ziplock bags. Make sure to peel bananas before you freeze them.)
