During your child’s transition to the day care center or a new classroom, they are welcome to bring a security toy such as a stuffed animal or special blanket to be used during naptime to help comfort them until they are more familiar with their new school. Occasionally your child’s teacher may request that families bring a special book or prop to share with the class that supports the classroom theme investigation.
