We would like to shout out to our Creative World School in Estero, FL. Yesterday they hosted a reading of a book by a current parent, Dr. Jose Colon, a Sleep Medicine Specialist with the Lee Physician Group, and the proud dad of a White Tiger and a Manatee at the school!
The children, families, and staff were honored to attend the reading of his new book, “The Magic Ice Cream Palace,” which highlights good nighttime routine practices in a whimsical and engaging way. All of the classrooms were able to laugh and dream along to Dr. Colon’s colorful renderings in his new book. We love that he addresses skills like self-regulation and being present in an engaging and empowering way that young children can understand!
